Security Cameras Clarification Text

This clarification text is written by MEGAPLAST KALIP SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure, the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal reasons, the method of collection, to whom and your rights under the KVKK It has been prepared to inform.

In order to ensure the security of our service area, images are recorded and the recording process is audited by the information processing unit through a total of 45 security cameras in the administrative building corridors and offices, production area, building entrances and warehouse.

Your personal data in question are processed automatically, based on the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the Law that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed". In addition, your relevant personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

It is stated in Article 20 of the Constitution that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. In Article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of the personal data owner under the law are listed.
